For non-logical scrolling: - Use 16 for small scroll size (value taken from WPF) - Use viewport size for large scroll For logical scrolling, use the `ScrollSize`/`PageScrollSize` defined on `ILogicalScrollable`. Note that this required a small breaking change to `ILogicalScrollable`. Fixed #3245	6 years ago

Steven Kirk	022294ec7a	MenuItem.InputGestureText -> InputGesture Changed `MenuItem`'s `string InputGestureText` property to `KeyGesture InputGesture` and gave it a value converter in the default template, because the string representation of a key gesture depends on platform, and putting platform-specific behavior into `ToString` isn't a good idea.	6 years ago

Match selectors from left-to-right, as before we were checking things like property equality (and creating a `PropertyEqualsActivator`) before checking that the control is of the correct type.
