- `ExpressionObserver` has been removed and its functionality merged with `BindingExpression`
- `BindingExpression` handles all types of `BindingMode` itself; doesn't require `BindingOperations.Apply` to set up a separate observable for `TwoWay/`OneWayToSource` bindings
- This allows us to fix some long-standing issues with `OneWayToSource` bindings
- Expression nodes have been refactored
- No longer split between `Avalonia.Base` and `Avalonia.Markup`

A few tests are failing around binding warnings: this is because the next step here is to fix binding warnings.

Requires `ValueEntry`/`BaseValueEntry` to be available to `EffectiveValue<T>`.
Also change the tests to only test values coming back from the model in the style binding tests, as they don't work when setting local values currently. This will be fixed later.

And no longer target net461 in unit tests as we've not had a test pass in net core and fail in netfx in years, and it bloats our CI time; EXCEPT Avalonia.Markup.Xaml.UnitTests where we're still testing against net4.7 as MSIL generation is runtime-sensitive.
