Steven Kirk	158ebe7710	Lazy subscribe to collection changed. Subscribing to the inner collection's `CollectionChanged` event when an `ItemsSourceView` was created means the only way to unsubscribe is to dispose the `ItemsSourceView` meaning that the instance can't be easily shared.	5 years ago
Steven Kirk	e4f03fdf79	Fix working with collections of value types. `IEnumerable<T>` is not covariant for value types, so we need to use the non-generic `IEnumerable` everywhere under the hood to ensure we can work with both value and reference types.	6 years ago

Steven Kirk	2f39eb16e0	Stop ItemsSourceView using a cached size. It can mean that `Count` is out-of-date with regards to the inner collection if it's accessed in a collection changed handler before `OnItemsSourceChanged` is fired. It's never been clear to me why ItemsSourceView caches the size; I suspect it's due to the performance characteristics of WinRT and so I think it can be safely removed in Avalonia.
