Will hopefully make it a bit more obvious if it breaks in future: previously it was easier to miss as both `nth-child` and `nth-last-child` changed the foreground.
Add support for selection wrapping for ListBox, ItemsControl, ComboBox.

- Make the list box fill available space
- `SelectionMode` is a `[Flags]` enum so a combo box didn't make sense
- Add check for `AutoScrollToSelectedItem`
