Some tests still failing as controls are only registered with name scope when attached to a rooted visual tree. Need to work around this by explicitly registering controls when applying template. |

Correctly handle negative mouse positions.
When mouse is captured, the position held in lParam can be negative. This wasn't being handled. Fixes #281. |

Moved VisualTree extensions into own namespace.
So that they don't pollute the whole Perspex namespace - you now need to "opt-in" to the visual tree. |
