Allow MenuItems to be separators.
If `MenuItem.Header == "-"` then apply the `:separator` pseudoclass to the `MenuItem` and display it as a separator.

Pass correct node bounds to PushOpacityMask. ( #1870 )
* Pass correct node bounds.
Use node bounds not clip bounds for opacity mask rect.
Fixes #1118 .

Reimplemented TemplateBinding.
