Avalonia DataGrid

This is a port of the Silverlight DataGrid Control to Avalonia.

The Avalonia DataGrid is currently in alpha which means it is not yet ready for use in production applications, the API is still being revised, and it is dependent upon the nightly Avalonia builds.
