Super	cf4c3461c4	Migrate object mapping from AutoMapper to Mapperly (#299) * Migrate object mapping from AutoMapper to Mapperly Migrates the object-to-object mapping of every EShop module, plugin, the integration package and the sample from AutoMapper to Mapperly, following the ABP AutoMapper to Mapperly migration guide. - Replace Volo.Abp.AutoMapper with Volo.Abp.Mapperly (and add a direct Riok.Mapperly reference to every project that defines a mapper). - Swap AbpAutoMapperModule -> AbpMapperlyModule and AddAutoMapperObjectMapper -> AddMapperlyObjectMapper; drop the AbpAutoMapperOptions configuration and the AutoMapper profile classes. - Convert entity -> DTO/ETO and DTO <-> view-model Profile mappings into Mapperly MapperBase<,> mappers. - Build/update aggregates with protected setters explicitly (MapToEntityAsync overrides, domain Update methods, manual construction in the payment/refund synchronizers) instead of relying on reflection-based mapping. - Set ObjectMapperContext on the application services that relied on the global AutoMapper configuration. - Add application-layer tests covering representative entity -> DTO maps.
