James Jackson-South	6e3e358ec8	Replace ToBytes() This replaces IPackedPixel.ToBytes(bytes, offset, ComponentOrder) with explicit implementations. By doing this we remove the overhead of a switch statement for all IPackedPixel implementations. Benefits are also to be found within all the quantizer implementations.	9 years ago
