## Basic Usage

1. Send notification
```csharp
await NotificationAppService.PublishAsync(
    name: "YourNotification",
    data: new NotificationData(),
    userIds: new[] { CurrentUser.Id });
```

2. Manage notification subscription
```csharp
await NotificationSubscriptionAppService.SubscribeAsync(
    notificationName: "YourNotification");
```
