Refactors AbpAIOptions and AbpAIWorkspaceOptions, moving workspace configuration logic and service key generation to AbpAIWorkspaceOptions. Updates AbpAIModule to use new accessors and configuration structure, and adds ChatClientAccessor and NullChatClientAccessor classes for dependency injection.
