mike12345567 210897b909 This simply removes the self hosting logo URL feature as it doesn't really make sense, screen/layout templates are held in the builder codebase and therefore controlling the logo from the server isn't really possible.

mike12345567 31bc45985f Update after testing, it is now possible to make a deployment to a self hosted environment. Some work still required, better authentication around MINIO deployment, currently the bucket is set to public read and there is no signing/verification to the upload process, also right now four different URLs are needed for the builder to connect correctly, ideally this shouldn't be the case.

mike12345567 0e854473f0 Putting together the basics of the compose system, this is now functional, along with some handy scripts to make it work. This requires minimum docker 1.25.0 to run due to the use of --env-file.
