mike12345567 e7913e5f19 This simply removes the self hosting logo URL feature as it doesn't really make sense, screen/layout templates are held in the builder codebase and therefore controlling the logo from the server isn't really possible.

mike12345567 8655d73248 Update after testing, it is now possible to make a deployment to a self hosted environment. Some work still required, better authentication around MINIO deployment, currently the bucket is set to public read and there is no signing/verification to the upload process, also right now four different URLs are needed for the builder to connect correctly, ideally this shouldn't be the case.

mike12345567 f2b19aab3f Putting together the basics of the compose system, this is now functional, along with some handy scripts to make it work. This requires minimum docker 1.25.0 to run due to the use of --env-file.
