fix(@vben/preferences): expose full copyright fields in appCopyrightPreferences (#8309)

* fix(@vben/preferences): expose full copyright fields in appCopyrightPreferences

appCopyrightPreferences only carried icp and icpLink, so apps spreading it
into their preferences.copyright could not override companyName,
companySiteLink, date, enable, or settingShow. Align the exported default
with the full CopyrightPreferences shape used by the settings panel.
