brianlagunas_cp ee719d3ea8 Added new DataVisualization Charting controls. These controls are the same ones that are currently in the WPF Toolkit except they have been updated to match the SIlvelright 4 toolkit. You get the bug fixes/updates before they are offically released in the next version of Microsofts WPF Toolkit. Special thanks to Microsoft's Dave Anson (a.k.a Delay)
