brianlagunas_cp 4544f0bc15 mistakenly had DefaultStyleKeyProperty.OverrideMetadata(typeof(BusyIndicator), new FrameworkPropertyMetadata(typeof(BusyIndicator))); in a puclic constructor. Moved it to a static constructor. placed _displayAfterTimer.Tick event hookup in the overridden OnIntialize method.
