brianlagunas_cp 9e0ece8f58 UpDown editors: due to a bug in Visual Studio, you cannot create event handlers for events that have generic or nullable event args in XAML. So I changed the event args to object to support the design experience, but this now forces you to cast the result of the new value to the appropriate data type.

brianlagunas_cp a33d9ca9c6 NumericUpDown and DateTimeUpDown: added NullValue property which allows you to set a default value if the bound value is null. The NullValue will be used when the increment/decrement buttons are pressed on a null value.

brianlagunas_cp 8d801bbf4f NumericUpDown: Bug fix [14622]: When defining the properties for the NumericUpDown, if you define the Value property before the Maximum and Minimum properties , the Spiners will not eveluate the Max/Min value properly. If you don't want to compile the source for the fix, just be sure to define all properties prior to setting the Value property.

brianlagunas_cp 01e62e0cd4 added new NumericUpDown control. It provides spin buttons to increment and decrement the value. You can also specifiy a format in which to show the value such as currency C2, or decimal up to three decimals F3. YOu can specify a Min and Max value as well as the increment values. You can also specify if the user can type in the textbox by setting IsEditable property. Support for up/down arrows and mouse wheel.
