Seal ConjugateTranspose() for double/single and remove redundant overrides

For non-complex matrices, the ConjugateTranspose is the same
as the transpose. Therefore, a sealed override for
ConjugateTranspose() that simply forwards the call to Transpose()
makes sense for double/single matrices.
