Steven Kirk	db44faf4ad	Make ShowDialog respect WindowStartupLocation. `SetWindowStartupLocation` needs to be called _after_ the window is shown as is done in `Show`. In addition, the owner window needs to be passed so we can get the correct screen. Renamed the `parent` parameter to `ShowDialog` to `owner` as its `WindowStartupLocation.CenterOwner` not `CenterParent`.	7 years ago

Steven Kirk	de139bc600	Fix TypeNameAndClassSelector. The selector `Control /template/ Control:class` should return `Sometimes` because it has a class selector. Fixes a bug in `TreeViewItem` where the expander always shows as expanded.	7 years ago
