Change ILockedFrameBuffer.Dpi to Vector.
`ILockedFrameBuffer.Dpi` was a `Size` but it would make more sense as a `Vector` because `Size * Vector` produces a `Size` whereas a `Size * Size` would produce a `Size3D` if that type existed.
